Product recalls and returns can be complicated processes for brand owners given the complex supply chains and broad distribution areas many products cover. Managing internal operations, protecting consumer confidence, minimizing revenue losses and maximizing return efficiencies are just a few of challenges a brand owner faces throughout the course of product returns. In response to those challenges, our customers asked us to create a solution that utilizes our existing Verify Platform services and Unique IDs to address reverse logistics.
